"November Has Come"

Some music for the lovely month of November. This time, I went ballistic, you will have teuroteu, Morrissey and Kpop.
You have been warned.

Music update

Actually there wasn't any spectacular debut/comeback last few weeks, at least not for me, because I don't listen to girl groups and I don't care.
Tei is going to the army next Tuesday, so my one-year-long waiting for his opera album just went to shag itself, no news on any album of my loved voices (SMEnt, we really need to talk) and latest KRY song for To the Beautiful You drama is simply bad. The only ray of sunshine is Ryeowook and his Immortal Song 2 appearance.
*Flash news: screw all, I just watched SJ's SPY MV...

Tei & Handsome People's comeback!! Kyaa!!

I may not be the biggest fan of Handsome People (I know how weird that sounds), but hell - Tei's comeback is a great news and worth stalking!!
But what musicals they are talking about? I missed something? I know he was working with London Philharmonic Orchestra for the album, but now musicals? (*pulls all hairs from head trying to track the man down).
And if I may - I want dark-haired Tei back.
Update: I found about that one (!) musical, OK, fine. But so far, no cuts, only interview backstage while preparing the hair, make-up etc. Tei looking horrible.

Some news

I rarely was this busy.
I went to my parents' for Easter, came back, and slept 4 hours a day to catch up with everything and it's still not done. Yup, with Kpop in the background because it's so erotic energetic that it keeps me on my feet. I don't want to get all mushy and personal, so some news, as in the title.
JYJ is banned in Japan. Sky is blue, grass is green...

Tei, again Tei

I have few, unhealthy even, obsessions with voices, and Tei is one of them. I re-discovered his appearance on I'm a Singer from January, and last weekend was divided into this fabulous voice, some Jonghyeon (namely 7 Years of Love) and yea, some Kpop too (read: KRY's 1/3rd).
Not that the rest of my list was abandoned, but the repeat button was almost raeped.

2011 in Kpop^^

Picture from here.
“It's best to be ruthless with the past.”
(Stephen King, Rose Madder)

I wanted to write this much earlier, but somehow other things came in a way and I postponed this until now. This is a very biased, very personal take on 2011 in Kpop, so don't throw any stones for missing this-or-this group out of those 2526545 that debuted last year. Except for 2NE1 I don't listen to girls' groups (and even 2NE1 I listen when I want to 'shake that thing' only), so lack of them here is justified, right?
Oh yes, your all-time favorite category "Oppa Didn't Mean It" is also here.
Especially for one special friend out there^^

Ballad evening

There are few voices that are especially cut to sing ballads. I mentioned Tei many times now, and even though I love his voice and his ballads are superb, his voice is of broader range.
Since today is my January Weltschmerz day, I give you some of (not all) my favorite live performances by Tei.
And I do hope he's recording with London Philharmonic Orchestra, I really do, because it's been some time since Opera Star ended, and not a one song (I don't count that bad OST).

Music shows fortune

Well, the fortune spent on them, to be precise.
I have to occupy my mind with something, saw new SHINee boys pics and can't concentrate... I caught up with all my dramas, I have no power or will to read any anthopology crap... Oh damn...
Update: Part 6 is served.

Gutter, the best place for me... gutter...

Paraphrasing D'Artagnan, yes...
Suddenly my PC decided it would play HD files, so I'm so heppey!
Therefore, Tei's cut is quite of the volume (almost 400 Mb), but it's worth it. He got nr 1 score once more. But I also liked Im Jeonghee's aria. She managed to do the difficult staccato part well.

Music again

Nothing big, but just 4 things I found out and thought maybe someone will like it. And as you see on the picture above, another live performances from Opera Star are available.

They see him rollin'...

... they applause on their feet!
Another cut, this time not mine, because I'm lazy.
Ah well, I did make a cut for download. The video is slightly, slightly out of sync anyway, and I tried all releases I could find. Problem with the broadcast I guess.
Plus, fans (read: stalkers) are really good. Jonghyeon baby made an appearance again!! Proof below.
Perhaps my last post until Friday. Unless something happens during (too short) Tuesday.

Some music videos

And so my youth is wasted right in front of PC listening to some music and watching videos. This is why I prefer winamp playlist. And it looks like it will grow today.
I present some videos and music that I've been listening to lately. Yes, I have a weakness for Yi Seungyeol and TEI. Not to mention W&Whale. I just can't get enough of Moon Madness...
And I added some jazz album as well for one special lady^^.

Tei - 귞대륌 사랑핎

Now, this is new one on my playlist. I fell in love with this song from the first... ehem, hear? I also went to look for something new, and I found that his other song was featured in A Better Tomorrow OST. In any case, I'm giving links to listen to both.

Tei - deep, soothing voice

Ah, yes, I have something for men with low voice. But they have to look like a men. Cheers to all pansies! Some info first, just in case someone may not know this gentleman, unlikely, but possible.
Tei:
Real name: Kim Ho Kyung (not to confuse with Kim Kyung Ho)
Born: April 4, 1983 (ugh, another one for the army soon?)
Albums:
1. The First Journey (2004)
2. Ucu Pra Cacia (2005)
3. A Third Opinion (2005)
4. Lover (2007)
5. The Note (2008)
6. The Shine(Mini Album) (2009)

In this time of year, when sun is so far away, and the darkness comes at 3 pm, ballads come like a refuge. I have nothing against ballads, I know people who don't like it. Well, I would probably die after the whole album of Trax, but not after the whole album of Lee Seungyeol, i.e.
