Today is Hippo Day, this is why TT is about animals. 

I had also the premiere of Franz Liszt's symphony Orpheus to celebrate on this day, but I chose hippo.

The year is 1993. Count your blessings because I did not put Duran Duran or Snow there. I also didn't include songs that only in 1993 became popular, but were recorded in the most wonderful 80's.

The year is 1979, and it was a good year^^. I am not going to list so obvious choices like Queen, Abba, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, The Police or The Clash, but some other gems.
