"La Palma" or the tsunami of nonsense

I was wondering for a long time whether should I write about this series. In the age of instant streaming and abundance of critics, one opinion less would not change anything.

TV Series Opening 48: The Victim's Game

I missed Taiwanese shows so I started to watch it. If you thought Bones had gross imagery (decaying corpses et. al), this one is not for you.

[Advent drama calendar 2019] Day 19: What Drama You Wanted To Watch But Ended Up Disappointed?

The first place goes ex-aequo to two sci-fi shows. This genre is my favorite and I'm ready to stick to something if it engages me even a little. I don't really need for the show to be The Expanse level of complexity, real science and full bloodied characters, I just don't want to split my skull open every fifteen minutes.

TV Series opening 7: Fringe

Fringe_S4_DVD
Actually a compilation of 7 of them, because the show used different words and colors during the opening sequence depending on where and when the show took place (in S 3 and 4 the action took place also in the parallel Universe, that is why the Amber colored one and different words; and S5 was a full blown dystopia, that is why the words there are so important and so simple). This attention to detail and yet the ability to keep it simple is what really shows the series' creators genius.
